We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We aim to ship orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM on the same day. However, we are not always able to meet this, and very occasionally shipping may take a little longer. If for any reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course let you know as soon as possible.
The prices listed include shipping costs. So there are no hidden extras. Nice and simple.
Delivery is handled by the postal worker or courier from PostNL. Generally, delivery in The Netherlands will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time, as we have no control over PostNL.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with SMPL72, you can return your bottle and get your money back within 90 days of purchase, minus shipping costs.
Did you accidentally provide the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
Sometimes you may want to return an order. Perhaps the product isn't quite what you expected, or there is another reason you don't want to keep it. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
You have another 14 days after cancellation to send your product back. You will then be credited for the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.95 per package; please check your carrier's website for exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello(at)smpl.international. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returning it.

If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to send your product back. Products purchased that have a limited shelf life cannot be returned. The right of withdrawal does not apply to these items. The sale is final once payment has been successfully processed.
But SMPL goes further. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the ordered product within 90 days of purchase. The only thing we ask is that you cover the return shipping costs. We also ask that you send a message to hello(at)smpl.international so we know what the return is regarding. We will then immediately refund your money, minus the shipping costs.
